Today\u2019s Jardin du March\u00e9<\/i> is the fruit of long-held convictions. In 2016, convinced that a good restaurant does not have to be fashionable or spectacular, Eglantine, a young woman with an eclectic background, opened this very special little place on the rue Gargouleau which attracts a regular and discerning clientele.

Our producers, whose extensive farms are located just a few kilometres away, deliver seasonal produce each morning, <\/strong>which is then freshly cooked by the team headed by Ga\u00e9tan, a chef with a passion for good food.<\/p>

For almost 20 years, Eglantine has been defending simple and generous catering, favoring quality and seasonal products, the short and local circuit and the lowest possible ecological impact while developing long-term partnerships with the most virtuous producers.<\/p>

Despite these troubled times, for the restaurant industry in particular, we are convinced that now is the moment to take a step back. In particular, we want to \u201csharpen our focus\u201d, and make decisions that will allow us to hold true to our beliefs in an even more committed way.<\/p>

Since February 2021,we have switched to completely green energy using Enercoop.<\/p>

Since January 2021, we have been planting 100 cedars in the forest of Le Faou\u00eat in Morbihan with EcoTree.<\/b><\/p>

From June onwards, we will be recycling <\/b>and composting<\/b> even more carefully with Alterga\u00efa<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
